The world of Name, Image, and Likeness is somewhat like the Wild West for collegiate athletics thus far. Each school, collective, and business are trying to pull together any and all they can for the guys representing their school. Sometimes they get a deal with a small, local mom-and-pop shop. And sometimes – as incoming UK Freshman Dajuan “DJ” Wagner Jr. just proved – it can be a deal that lands you one of the most expensive luxury cars on the planet.

Before the McDonald’s All-American Game, DJ announced his partnership with LexExotics – a new Luxury Car “Club” in Central KY. As part of the deal, DJ will have a rotating fleet of exotic vehicles during his time in Lexington.
In addition to the Rolls Royce Cullinan that DJ was gifted for the McDonald’s All-American Game, his NIL deal with the company will give him access to all of the following cars, according to the LexExotics website:
- MCLAREN 600 LT
- MERCEDES-BENZ G 55 4X4 SQUARED (1 of 500 in the world)
- FERRARI 458 ITALIA
- TESLA MODEL S PLAID
- 1967 MUSTANG FASTBACK “ELEANOR”
- SHELBY COBRA
LexExotics will also have a selection of Lamborghinis, Audi R8s, Rolls Royce Phantoms, and other insane multi-million dollar cars that DJ will get to add to his rotation throughout the year.
This is one of the craziest deals we’ve seen in college sports during the NIL, and thankfully it comes to a Kentucky Wildcat. This is great publicity not only for the school but for high-profile recruits who now see what exactly Lexington can provide for them.
